By agreeing to services, the customer acknowledges that any issues arising from pre-existing conditions—including foundation leaks, water intrusion, or property damage—are not the responsibility of Flush The Guts Gutter Services. Our services are limited to the scope of work agreed upon and do not include the diagnosis or repair of pre-existing structural or water-related issues unless explicitly stated in writing.

The customer further agrees to use their own water source for all services requiring water, and Flush The Guts Gutter Services shall not be held responsible for any issues resulting from water usage or pre-existing plumbing or drainage conditions.
